United Campus Workers Southeast - CWA Local 3821 is building a powerful voice for higher education employees across our region.

UCWSE currently has chapters in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee. If you're a higher education worker in one of those states, click here to find the join page for your UCW chapter!

If you aren’t currently employed in higher education but want to stand with us, you can join as a Community Supporter.

Community Supporters are kept in the loop on our UCW actions and have the opportunity to attend socials and other union events. Your financial support also helps sustain our organizing as we build power for workers across our campuses.

Together, we can make a positive change for all campus workers and ensure that higher education truly serves the public good!

Please note: Community Supporters are non-voting members of UCW. They are not eligible to hold elected office or other leadership positions in the union.
